The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), appear to be on a no retreat no surrender mission to nail the wife of former President Goodluck Jonathan, Patience.
The commission is said to have summoned some officials of the Department of State Services (DSS), attached to the former First Lady for questioning into the $15 million frozen in four different company accounts, which Patience Jonathan said belongs to her.
It was learnt that the EFCC had already written a letter to the DSS, inviting the concerned officials to its office for interrogation.
A detective of the commission, it was gathered, claimed that the commission had proof that the DSS officials deposited money severally into some of the accounts in Skye Bank between 2013 and 2015.
This is coming when Patience Jonathan, whom the Minister of Information, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, said robed herself into the financial mess by laying claim on the alleged fraud money, is yet to be summoned by the EFCC for interrogation.

She has also challenged the anti-graft agency to invite her for questioning, although a source stated that the anti-graft body wants to gather more evidence to nail her before thinking in that direction.
While investigating a former Special Adviser to Jonathan on Domestic Affairs, Waripamowei Dudafa, the commission had stumbled on four company bank accounts in Skye Bank
The joint balance of the accounts, when it was frozen, was said to be $15, 591,700. The four companies related to the accounts have since reportedly pleaded guilty to money laundering before a Federal High Court in Lagos.
However, Patience Jonathan had alleged that the directors of the companies who pleaded guilty were mercenaries hired by the EFCC in its move to steal her money.
